Who would have thought that in just six short years, the United States, home of the brave, home of the free, would be barely recognizable as the once great superpower of the world. If I explained the current state of affairs to you, I would expect one of three reactions. Laughter, excessive sarcastic remarks or fear and concern of a doomed country, the latter being the most appropriate.
We're watching our police be dismantled into a disrespected, powerless group of hall monitors. Inner city youth are rioting, looting and burning their own community over the self'-inflicted death of a piece of crap drug dealer while their states attorney is out for blue blood. Guantanamo Bay is being quietly and systematically emptied allowing war criminals to return back to the battlefield. Our president is writing executive orders, our supreme court is rewriting/making up laws as they go and our congress is refusing to utilize their authority. Common core is producing partially literate graduates who can't spell, think or solve mathematical problems without a smart phone. Our universities are indoctrinating millennials by the millions with liberal propaganda. Its becoming more disgraceful to be a christian than a promiscuous, flagrant homosexual. We have black "leaders" calling for the elimination of our flag, welfare babies getting better health care than our veterans and retired senators making ten times the salary of our average police officers. We have a president more concerned with climate change then radical Muslims of which he refuses to acknowledge. Our "Commander and Chief" with deep Muslim roots is working harder for a nuclear Iran than the citizens he's employed by. A president whose first order of business was to go on an international apology tour kow towing to world leaders for our supposed wrong doings. His mantra: "We are not an exceptional nation" the beginning of his crusade against American exceptionalism. Our military has been dismantled and weakened to pre World War II status. Billions of dollars of military hardware is being used to overtake the same cities our soldiers faught and died for. Our border checkpoints may as well be the modern day Ellis Island. "Give me your unvaccinated, your poor, your criminals, your illiterate, your huddled masses yearning for a government check..." China is claiming international waters for their own. Their industrialization has no interest in environmental protection. Their taking our jobs and screwing us on trade deals. Then there's Putin who's running rampant, like an unchecked bully in a school yard, ramping up his military, invading places like Eukrane with no repercussions and literally laughing at America while he's doing it! Syria's president, al-Assad, brazenly steps over Obamas "red line" and uses sarin gas on his own people, while we golf and eat chipotle.
Maybe it would be easier to consider who has benefited from this current administration. Cuba is happy. Putin is happy. Iran is happy. The LGBT community, super psyched. In fact, anyone who's not a soldier, a Christian, a Jew, a white man, a police officer or a conservative is loving life right now. Radical Muslims, they love Obama. China is doing whatever they want. The only Americans that love him, either don't know any better or don't want to know. And who is the best candidate to continue this pathway of carnage? None other than a fictitious activist for womens rights, former lawyer who boasted and laughed about having gotten a twelve year old's rapist off with time served and with a history of exchanging favors for cash. This deceitful, grimy, vile, corrupt, fraud cannot possibly be the best thing that democrats have to offer. If a republican candidate cannot defeat HRC in the 2016 election, then we can all look forward to eight more years of watching our amazing nation circling the drain.
